When the Eternal Word came to dwell among us, he chose to enter into a family. The Incarnation illumines the way to make holy the time and space of family life. This talk will reflect on the mystery of Jesus’ coming and offer practical ways to help sanctify life in the family and at home.

The greatest of adventure stories draw us close to the main characters, so that we personally sense their initial insecurities and fears. We feel bolstered as they grow in strength, and we celebrate with them as they emerge victorious. Real-life is an adventure in itself with all of these elements, except that the outcome against the real enemy is not certain and that there are eternal consequences at risk.
